The Inflation Reduction Act funds two CT rebate programs targeted at low- and moderate-income households (HEEHRA and HOMES). For income-eligible families, the heat pump rebate alone reaches $8,000 — and it stacks on top of Energize CT instant rebates and the federal 25C tax credit.
Program rollout in CT is staged; we keep track of the current launch window and pre-qualify your project so you don't leave money on the table.
Eligibility
- Household income at or below 150% of area median income (AMI)
- CT primary residence
- Income verification submitted at time of install
- Must use a program-approved contractor
