Energize CT pays one of the most generous heat pump incentives in the country: up to $15,000 per home when a qualifying whole-home air-source heat pump is installed by an HPIN-certified contractor. The rebate is applied at the kitchen table — you see it on the quote before you sign.
Partial-home and ductless installs also qualify, typically in the $2,500–$7,500 range depending on system size and tonnage. Income-eligible customers can stack an additional bonus through the program's enhanced incentives.
Eligibility
- Connecticut residential customer of an Eversource or UI electric account
- Installation by an Energize CT HPIN-certified contractor (we are one)
- Qualifying cold-climate or ducted air-source heat pump
- Home assessment / load calc on file at time of install
